Our experts assist with the challenges that come with parenting. From the moment a woman finds out she is becoming a mother we have pregnancy classes and education to prepare her for birth. In a mom’s first few weeks our Newborn Transition Coaches give assistance and support as she heals from childbirth and adjusts to a new family dynamic. Our Newborn Night Specialists help by getting the infants on a nightly routine and allow parents to relax knowing their new bundle of joy is being loved and soothed to sleep. For parents who are back to work, our teams work together internally to meet the infant(s) and/or children’s needs via instant communication boards. Our day nannies use provided continuous child activities to meet developmental needs during the day to keep children engaged and full of life. This MDT culture, created from within, by and for women and mothers, provides a solid and influential community around those who choose to be a part of it. |
