They are all CPR and first aid certified. Every employee has had a full background check. Many employees are fluent in other languages such as German, Italian, Russian, Korean, French, Spanish and American Sign Language. We have employees who are CMT's, CNA's, GNA's, DDA trained and certified, have 90 child care certificates, certified in blood borne pathogens, and have lots of experience with large families. For those who are concerned about going through an agency please note that we are a unique group. We are not an agency, and we would never put you on a waiting list of any kind and there are no hidden fees. We are insured and bonded. We can provide full background checks, copies of all certifications, and references for every employee.
