Elite Alternatives was originally established in 1986 by Carol Jones to provide the best childcare services in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to representing the most well-trained, experienced, and educated child care providers available. Our staff is highly recommended to have child development and newborn care specialist training taught by Molly, a RN who has a Master’s in Child Life Specialist in Family Studies. Our staff also have a variety of training such as table etiquette, formal serving, child nutrition, and in creative cooking involving child interaction. Carol saw the need in her early years of getting her degree in child development and working as an undercover agent investigating daycares and nanny services, that childcare screening was limited. That is how she became Elite to set some standards. Carol encourages her applicants to take the training in newborn care as well as nanny classes taught by Molly.
