Biography:

Hello! My name is Winter and I'm looking for a nanny position in the Georgia area. I'm open to a housekeeper/home manager position as well. I am looking for a live in position. I'm also available for overnights.

I like planning stimulating activities at home, but I also like to be out and about for outings whether it be the park, walks, children's museum, and play dates. We will not be a match if you prefer your children to be inside all day.

I have always loved children! When I was too young to watch them on my own, my mom helped me. I knew I wanted to be a nanny when I was in the 7th grade. I saw a commercial on TV and I told my mom I was going to be a nanny and have a part-time job. When she told me being a nanny was a job I was beyond excited! I called the agency right away and they informed me I needed to graduate from high school first. So, I did and I started the program soon after and here I am today!

I've been a nanny since 1998. I'm very passionate about what I do and know it's important which is why I take it seriously. I try my best to make a positive difference in children's lives while being silly at the same time! Through the years, I have taken care of many children all with unique personalities. It never ceases to amaze me how they always have one thing in common though: Their simple approach to life. Through their eyes I have been able to see and enjoy things I would have otherwise missed. I can honestly say I have learned just as much from them as they have learned from me!

Past families have appreciated my willingness to jump right in and tackle whatever needs to be done whatever it is, tasks around the house, making up the children's schedules or helping to figure out how to change an unwanted behavior. It's not out of the ordinary to find me brainstorming a solution to a concern and I never approach anything with the attitude that it can't be done. I love to have fun but safety is always first priority. I'm firm yet loving when it comes to my approach with children and I find positive reinforcement to always be useful. I'm organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated! I know how wonderful a nanny experience can be when you find the right match. I hope to find a family who will appreciate all I have to offer!
