Biography: I am a Childhood Development in Special Education Major. I love to work with children. When nannying children I believe that we should always strive to do fun educational activities and go on outings so that your children are active and not sitting in front of the TV all day. You are paying me to watch your children not the TV. I think that having a routine is great so that the children know what to expect each day. And if they do something to get in trouble that we first need to talk about it calmly so that they understand what they did wrong and I can understand why they did it.
