With one assistant, I worked with ten families to provide full daily care or infants two months to three years old. Created daily engaging experiences and promoted growth, development of positive self-esteem and socially acceptable ways of expressing needs and feelings. Children were encouraged to practice self-control, common courtesy, respect for others and themselves, decision-making skills, and taking responsibility for their own actions.
