Hello, my name is Frances. I am looking for work as a nanny. I have many years of experince and love children. I have worked for a few individual families as well as a daycare center and in a school. I am dependable and honest and caring. I love children because they are so honest and genuine. Especially the younger ones. I like play time and engaging in fun and educational activities. I am pretty easy going and laid back. I like structure but not to the point the child feels like they have to walk the straight and narrow. I like when everyone can just be who they are and have some fun, as long as we all know there are certain rules in life that have to be followed. Mainly like respecting others, and ourselves.
