In addition to starting Chirp (formerly Desrosiers & Associates LLC) Alyce has assisted in the startup of a successful Bay Area childcare center for parents working non traditional hours, facilitated numerous workshops, authored two books on hiring a nanny and written a plethora of articles covering a range of issues about the nanny hiring process and idiosyncrasies of the nanny/parent/child relationship. |
